ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the banking industry, where I developed a strong background in financial services and helping customers navigate important decisions. Outside of the office, I’m married with two children, and family is a big part of both my life and the culture we’ve built within the agency.
We’re proud to be actively involved in our local community, with a particular focus on supporting high school athletics. Our agency stays connected through local baseball, football, and wrestling programs and enjoys supporting the students and families in our area.
Our agency offers paid time off, a 401(k) retirement plan, short-term disability, life insurance, and training and licensing assistance. We also provide performance-based incentives and a clear path for advancement and leadership growth for team members who want to take on greater responsibility and continue building their careers.
Our office is family-oriented, energetic, competitive, and focused on growth. I’m looking for a self-starter and go-getter who communicates well, leads with integrity, and brings a positive, customer-first mindset to the team. The ideal person is coachable, goal-oriented, and motivated by both personal and team success. If you’re looking for an environment where you can be challenged, rewarded for your performance, and grow into greater opportunities, we’d love to meet you.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Dennis Hurst - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
